The TORREN team together in the workshop

Independent since 2012

GOOD PEOPLE.
CAPABLE HANDS.

Two workshops. Six people.
One standard we all stand behind.

Built around better decisions

Better workshop decisions start with a clearer conversation. We combine patient diagnosis, careful hands and plain explanations to make the miles ahead feel more certain.

Elliot Reed founded TORREN in 2012 with a simple ambition: give the explanation the same attention as the repair. That approach grew into a team of six and independent workshops in Bristol and Bath.

We service, inspect, investigate and repair. But the most useful thing we give a driver is understanding—what we found, why it matters and what happens next.

The way we work

A STANDARD YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.

01

Careful diagnosis

We measure, test and investigate. A replacement part should have a reason behind it.

02

An estimate you understand

What needs doing, why it matters and what it will cost. Agreed before the work begins.

03

Updates that keep you informed

If the findings change, the conversation comes first. You stay involved in the decision.

04

A documented handover

Completed work and recommendations explained together, with a written record to take away.
